YOGA FOR EVERYBODY

Familia, yoga is truly for everybody! No matter your height, weight, ethnicity, yoga is for you. Here, I share three simple poses that everybody can do anywhere. There is no need for a mat. I even made this video extra short to emphasize that time is not an issue. There is nothing but to try it out. Give yourself the time your body needs for you to bring it some love and movement. All you need is two minutes.

Get moving, just breathe. Please listen to your body. Too many times our body are telling us something and then we only listen when its almost too late. Here is your guide, I am here to help. My prayer is that you find what works for you and you rock with it. Whether its yoga, walking, running , CrossFit, tennis whatever it is. Find it! Achieve your fitness goal. Your goal is not out of reach. You just gotta be whiling to stretch a bit in order to reach them.
